Your satisfaction is important to us. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we only accept returns for items that are damaged, broken, or non-functional upon delivery.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  1. The product must be received damaged, broken, or non-functional.
  2. The product must be unused and unopened, unless the defect is only visible after unboxing.
  3. You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Note: We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, dissatisfaction with the product, or if the item has been used.


Return Process

To start a return, please contact us at gitmlimited@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number and photos or videos clearly showing the issue.

Once your return request is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the item. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at gitmlimited@gmail.com. We will review the issue and do our best to resolve it promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or unsealed products
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, plants)
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids
  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges.
If you'd like a replacement, please:

  1. Request a return and wait for approval
  2. Once approved, purchase the new item separately

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 7 days, for any reason and without justification.

To qualify, the item must be:

  • In its original condition (unused, unworn, with tags and packaging intact)
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Return shipping costs for EU orders under the cooling-off period are borne by the customer.


U.S. Customers – Important Notice

We are committed to complying with applicable U.S. consumer protection laws. However, due to the intimate nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item is:

  • Received damaged, broken, or defective, and
  • Unused, unopened, and reported within 7 days of receipt.

This policy follows health and hygiene standards widely recognized under U.S. regulations. We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Undamaged items

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • If the product was purchased with a discount or promotional offer, we will refund the discounted price only.
  • If you prefer, you may request store credit or an alternative resolution.
